Delivery Policy

Deliveries
All deliveries are usually despatched within the same day for orders received before 12 am or within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Items should be delivered within 3-7 working days from date of despatch. All items are sent out in standard boxes therefore you may receive items ordered separately.

UK delivery costs are £2.00 up to £10.00 then free delivery.
Southern Ireland costs are £4.50 per order
Europe costs are £8.00 per order

Cancellation Policy

Should you change your mind about part or all of your Omega4 order, you can cancel it online by using the 'My Account' section of our site if you are registered. Alternatively you can cancel your order by contacting us on 0800 085 5359 with your order details. An order must be cancelled before it is despatched by us, otherwise, return goods to us as normal.

Returns Policy

Orders can be cancelled up to thirty days after delivery. However you must return the goods to us unused with written confirmation of order number and reason for return. Delivery costs for returning the goods will be payable by the customer unless an error has been made by Omega4. The payment will be credited to the original card upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
