In order to supply high quality goods at competitive price cost we registered Omega4 in Guernsey. Goods sold by Omega4 are not subject to customs duties when imported to the UK. All orders are completed and despatched from the Channel Isles.
Accuracy - The owner of this website is Omega4 and we try to ensure all information on our site is accurate however Omega4 is unable to accept liability for any incorrect information on this site. Omega4 takes no responsibility for products not showing effect or any unknown side effects. We would advise that you don’t use this site to diagnose a health problem and would suggest you visit a doctor if unsure of your complaint. Never disregard any medical advice or delay seeking medical advice because of our site content.
Product description - Price and availability of products are subject to change and we reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale and to correct any errors on the site.
Payment – Payment will be taken for the price of the product as advertised at time of order acceptance. Payment will be made by credit or debit card and all refunds will normally be made to the same card.
Secure Online Payment – we use a third party system – www.protx.com to securely handle all credit card transactions. Cards accepted are Visa, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron, Mastercard.
Order - The contract for purchases is with Omega4 and the customer therefore by placing an order the customer has accepted our terms and conditions. At our discretion we can decline your order, however if we accept you will receive an order confirmation. If the product is out of stock we will notify you by email as to when the stock will be renewed or alternative products. However if these suggestions aren’t acceptable we will refund full payment to the same payment card.
Delivery – All deliveries are usually despatched within the same day for orders received before 12 am or within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Items should be delivered within 3-7 working days from date of despatch. All items are sent out in standard boxes therefore you may receive items ordered separately.UK delivery costs are £2.00 up to £10.00 then free delivery.
Cancellations – orders can be cancelled up to thirty days after delivery however you must return the goods to us unused with written confirmation of order number and reason. Delivery costs for returning the goods will be payable by the customer unless an error has been made by Omega4. We will credit your payment card upon inspection and the order is deemed to be complete.
Liability - Liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage from use of the products is excluded to the extent permitted by law and your statutory rights will not be affected.
Privacy – your email address will be added to our mailing list for special offers and news when you place an order, however if you wish to be removed please check opt out within “my account” or via email. We do not give out personal data to any third parties at any time with the exception of the courier
